Just need ideas?
The best place to start your planning is a design consultation with Kylie, our principal designer. The aim of your session will be to find out what is possible, and to get really clear on your personal goals and style before design work starts.

Design and Drafting
Our point of difference is our 3D design process, giving you a realistic visual of your design and opportunities for input as it is developed. Coupled with a detailed landscape plan, this will give you a clear way forward and a comprehensive tool to help your install run as smoothly as possible.

3D Design Sessions
A 3 hour interactive design session, we work together collaboratively to develop an initial concept design for your space using 3D modelling.
I’ll guide you through your ideas, turning concepts into a clear, visual design you can see, refine, and shape before any plans are finalised.

Installation Support
Once your design is complete, we want the best outcome for you. Acting as your advocate, we offer planning advice, support and contractor liaison. Working alongside our tried and tested installers, we do our best to help you have the smoothest ride possible and a fantastic result that you are proud of.

CONSULTS
Our first step to working together is to meet and talk about what is possible with your space! This can be in person or, we can also do this virtually for our remote clients.
For this, we offer a comprehensive design consultation where we get clear on your personal goals and style, and offer insights to help you move forward with your project. We cover a lot of ground during the consult - depending on your project, this may include:
Your ideas and goals, and get an understanding of your personal style and preferences
We look at the existing environment as a whole and spot opportunities and challenges to be factored in
Discuss options for layout, features, plants, materials
Practicalities such as site prep, aspect, soil, drainage etc
Logistics with regards to planning and installation
By the end of your session we aim to have some great ideas written down, and a clear idea of how to move forward with your planning. From there, if you would like to proceed with a full design, we can discuss what will best suit your project and budget.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Starting a new renovation project can be overwhelming.
Our unique design process has been developed to give you clarity, confidence and a clear path forward.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Step 1 - We start with a 3D model, to give you a clear visual of the concept design.
We present our first draft to Clients via an interactive online review session, walking them through their initial concept design in 3D. As we do our own modelling in-house, this session will allow you to join the design process and "try out" changes to the layout and finishes. So that, guided with our expertise, you have full control over the final design.
Our full design packages include high-quality renders of key areas and a walkthrough video, to give our clients a clear visual of the design.
Once you are completely happy with your design, we then commence drafting and document your 2D plans for installation.

OTHER 3D SERVICES FOR PROFESSIONALS
If you are a builder, architect, landscaper, or interior designer looking to elevate your client experience, we host 3D modelling sessions with yourself and your client.
Using our 3D modelling skills, we can help communicate your design with the client in visual terms to ensure they fully understand your design and to avoid changes and variations further down the line.

Option 1 – 3D Visuals:
We transform your design concepts into high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs, giving your clients a clear, realistic view of your ideas. Perfect for presentations, proposals, or adding unique value to your services.
Option 2 – Interactive 3D Review:
We create a 3D model from your design, which is presented to your client as a guided walkthrough. During the session, we adjust the model based on your guidance and your client’s feedback, showing exactly how changes would look in real time. This keeps you in control while ensuring your client fully engages with the concept.
Both options can be delivered remotely, providing a professional, engaging experience that strengthens client understanding and enhances the overall design process.
Step 2 - Once your design is finalised, we move forward with the documentation stage. Comprehensive 2D landscape plans are developed to communicate your design to contractors, and where necessary, for council appoval.
Depending on your project needs our plans will include:

setout, levels & elevations
material selections
lighting placement & reticulation recommendations
recommended plant lists and/or full plant planting schedules
recommendations for preparing your site and soil to increase the long term health of your new garden and reduce ongoing maintenance

3D imagery of your design
For Planning and building approvals, engineering detail will need to be added prior to submission to council. We can arrange this for you at competitive rates using our well worn industry contacts.
DRAFTING - LANDSCAPE PLANS

3D DESIGN SESSIONS
An option for those not ready to go with our full design process.
These hands-on, interactive design sessions use a realistic 3D model of your home and garden to explore design ideas and layouts in real time. Perfect for new builds, early-stage renovations, DIYers, or those wanting to stage their design budget.
This session will help you see what works in your space and make confident decisions.
How it works:
Pre-session Prep: Share your house and site plans, complete a short questionnaire, and send any inspiration images.
3D Property Model: We create a 3D model of your home and block, and carry out preliminary research to inform the session.
Interactive Design Session (approx. 3 hours): Together, we explore ideas, test layouts, and refine concepts in real time via video or in our design studio.
After the Session: You’ll receive 3D screenshots of the concepts we discuss. Landscape plans are not included, but the session gives you a clear visual direction and insights to avoid costly mistakes.
This session is not suited for extremely complex projects, which require more detailed development—but you’re welcome to call us to discuss whether your project could fit.
A portion of the session fee is credited toward a full design if you choose to proceed. Minimum 4-week lead time is required for booking.
We also offer 3D modelling sessions as a service to Builders, Landscape Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers and other design professionals, to value add their service to clients.

INSTALL SUPPORT
Once your design is complete, we are here to help support you through the installation process, acting as your advocate to help you have the smoothest ride possible with a fantastic result.
We offer planning advice, access to our recommended installers, liaison with contractors, sourcing of quality plants and materials, and site visits to check progress along the way to ensure the outcome is as designed.
Install support packages are built to suit your project, as a percentage of install or hourly rate depending what works best for you.
